Landholder’s guide to exploration now available

NSW Resources is committed to supporting landholders by providing clear information about their rights and responsibilities when engaging with exploration activities and land access matters.

A comprehensive Landholder’s guide to exploration has been developed to help landholders better understand the exploration lifecycle in NSW. The guide is designed as a practical, easy-to-follow resource that supports landholders at each phase of the process.

It outlines what landholders can expect during key phases of the exploration process, including during an application for an exploration licence, land access negotiations, exploration and rehabilitation activities, as well as post-exploration considerations.

The guide also includes answers to frequently asked questions and checklists to support landholders through each phase of the exploration lifecycle.

The Landholder’s guide to exploration is now available on the NSW Resources website and can be accessed at our web page A landholder's guide to exploration.
