Christmas closedown - Mining Competencies and Authorisations

Our Mining Competencies and Authorisations Unit will cease processing matters from Friday 23 December 2022 to Friday 6 January 2023, in line with the NSW Government shutdown of areas not involved in frontline service delivery.

The team will endeavour to process all applications prior to the shutdown, depending on when people apply. Applicants with matters still outstanding will be updated with expected completion timeframes.

Operations will resume Monday 9 January 2023

For further information email mca@regional.nsw.gov.au or phone 1300 814 609 (option 2 & then 3).
