Registrations are now open for Exploration in the House - Geoscience for Discovery, a half‑day seminar showcasing how geoscience is supporting discovery, innovation and investment across New South Wales.
Exploration in the House will be held on Friday 8 May 2026 at NSW Parliament House, bringing together industry, government and research to explore the latest geoscience insights shaping the resources sector.

About the event
Exploration in the House is a free annual seminar presented by the Geological Survey of NSW (GSNSW).
The 2026 program will feature highlights of current GSNSW projects and examine their implications for:
- mineral exploration
- mining
- research
- investment in New South Wales.
Attendees will gain insights into how geoscience data and research are supporting informed decision‑making and future discovery across the state.
