Explained: Environmental Planning and Assessment Act amendments

NSW Resources will be hosting a stakeholder information session on 23 April 2026 to provide an overview of the recent amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act), and to advise industry of updates to the Exploration guideline: Application and assessment process for exploration activities arising from the amendments.

The session is targeted at explorers in NSW, including titleholders and their agents. It will include time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.
