Consultation open – Mine and Petroleum Site Safety (Cost Recovery) Regulation 2025

NSW Resources invites you to have your say on the proposed Mine and Petroleum Site Safety (Cost Recovery) Regulation 2025.

The proposed Regulation will remake the Mine and Petroleum Site Safety (Cost Recovery) Regulation 2019, which is due for automatic repeal on 1 September 2025.

Written submissions are welcome on the proposed Regulation and can be submitted to regulation.remakes@regional.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions close at 5pm on Wednesday 18 June 2025.
