A simpler way to pay is coming soon

NSW Resources is introducing a new online payment system to make paying fees faster, easier and more secure for customers.

In the coming months, a simpler way to make online payments will be available across a range of NSW Resources applications, including Small-Scale Titles, Funds, Levies and Securities, Authorisations and Competencies.

When a payment is due, customers will receive their payment information by email or SMS so they can review the amount, choose how they would like to pay, and receive an automatic receipt once payment is complete.

There will also be more ways to pay, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, BPAY, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The move to online payments will support a simpler and more convenient payment process, provide clear digital records and receipts, and help support faster application processing once payment is received.

Over-the-counter payment options will remain for customers visiting the Lightning Ridge NSW Resources office.

Customers will be supported as the new payment option is introduced, with NSW Resources staff available to assist and answer questions.

This initiative forms part of NSW Resources’ commitment to modernise services and improve the customer experience.
