Reminder: Work health and safety reports due 31 July

A reminder to all mine operators that meet the criteria for submitting work health and safety (WHS) reports, you must complete your submissions by 31 July 2021 via the Regulator Portal.

There are penalties for late or non-submission of work health and safety reports. In the case of an individual, penalty notices of $720 or court-imposed fines of up to $6,000 may apply, and in the case of a body corporate, penalty notices of $3,660 or court-imposed fines of up to $30,000 may apply.
