Applications for item and design of plant, licences and exemptions can now only be made through the NSW Resources Portal.
The previous fillable forms are no longer accepted. Guidance for each of the application types remains on our website.

Previous applicant organisations on our records have been emailed a letter to their authorised representative, with links to allow them to set up individuals as users on the portal.
