Exploration and mining compliance and rehabilitation report 2022–23 released

An annual exploration and mining compliance and rehabilitation report for 2022–23 has been released to provide information about our regulatory activities under the Mining Act.

By publishing this information, we aim to increase transparency, community and industry confidence in our regulatory activities and increase levels of voluntary compliance.

During the reporting period our compliance priorities included new standard rehabilitation conditions on mining leases, mine rehabilitation performance and rehabilitation outcome documents.
