Webinar: New standard conditions on mining leases

To support the implementation of the new standard conditions for rehabilitation as set out in Schedule 8A of the Mining Regulation 2016, the department has developed a series of online forms for the submission of associated applications and documents. These forms will be available via the Resources Regulator's Portal and will provide a number of benefits to industry to enable them to meet their obligations as well as lead to more efficient regulatory oversight.

Join us for an online workshop that will:

• provide an overview of the rehabilitation reforms
• provide the legal and operational context for each of the new online forms, including how they are to be completed in sequence
• provide a demonstration of the Mine Rehabilitation Portal.
