The NSW Government has approved an application from Wilpinjong Coal Pty Ltd for (EL 9399) to conduct exploration activities under the Wilpinjong EL9399 Project. The approval includes a review of environmental factors.
The application is for assessable prospecting purposes only.
A modification for this project was approved on 27 March 2024. The modification only relate to the extension of time to complete the project with the project now due to be completed by 31 December 2024. No Part 5 assessment of the modification was required as the proposed activities remain the same as the original application.
