The NSW Resources Regulator has released a safety alert for industry into the serious injury of a drilling offsider at an underground metalliferous mine on 19 June 2023.
The Regulator continues its investigation to determine the cause and circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report will be published online when the investigation is complete.
