Investigation information release - Worker injured when hit by forklift attachment

The NSW Resources Regulator has published an Investigation information release (IIR) concerning an incident that occurred at the Cedar Point Quarry at Edenville on 2 March 2024. A a worker was injured when struck by a forklift attachment.

The jib, and the forklift’s tynes and headboard detached from the forklift, which was being used to recover a damaged truck cabin.
