Resources Regulator will be hosting a regional forum on Mine Rehabilitation addressing:

  • Implementation of the 2024/2025 NSW Audit Office’s recommendations
  • New Rehabilitation Cost Estimate (RCE) tool
  • Revised Exploration Code of Practice for Community Consultation
  • Refresher in Assessable Prospecting Operations (APO) processes
  • Policy matters that are scheduled for consultation
  • Industry average trends from the Regulator’s Targeted Assessment Programs (TAPs).

Join your colleagues from across the NSW mining industry and the Resources Regulator as they share experiences, lessons learnt and promote leading practice in mine rehabilitation.
