Mine Rehabilitation Portal workshop

Conditions within the Mining Amendment (Standard Conditions of Mining Leases—Rehabilitation) Regulation 2021 require the submission of spatial data for the final land use and rehabilitation plan as well as annual report and forward program. The form and way documents provide details of how these conditions are to be met and Guideline: Mine Rehabilitation Portal describes the technical requirements for these spatial (GIS) submissions.

A series of training webinars will be held to help title holders understand the new spatial data (GIS) reporting requirements to be submitted via the mine rehabilitation portal.

Training sessions will be run using Zoom and each webinar will cover the following topics:

• Mine Rehabilitation Portal overview
• creating the required datasets
• submission requirements
• reporting capabilities
• integration with the Regulator Portal.
