The Resources Regulator has released its April to June 2026 Quarterly safety report.
The report provides information on significant mining events in Australia and globally, and summarises safety incident notifications, compliance activities and outcomes for Quarter 4 (April to June) of financial year 2026.
The report helps mine and petroleum site operators meet their obligations under relevant work health and safety legislation, including the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013.
