The Resources Regulator has released the Quarterly business activities report for the period between October and December 2025.
The report highlights the key activities undertaken by the Regulator over this 3-month period including:
- Number of onsite safety assessments conducted
- Safety incident notifications and statutory notices issued
- Safety compliance and enforcement activities
- Rehabilitation completion determinations actioned
- Security deposit reviews assessed
- Industry engagement and education activities conducted and more.
The report also details individual safety incidents where inspectors were deployed.
