Changes to mining guidelines as a result of the 2010 legislation changes
As a result of the commencement of the Mining Regulation 2010 and various provisions of the Mining Amendment Act 2008, there will be changes to guidelines and other guidance material from 15 November 2010. Please check that you are using the most recent versions.
