Geological maps are published in 1:500 000, 1:250 000, 1:100 000 and 1:25 000 scales.
This page provides both map-based and text-based (alphabetical) links to 1:500 000 geological series maps. Some of the maps are printed; others are print-on-demand. Where available, digital scans (JPEG format) and rectified images (ECW format) are provided as free downloads on the individual pages. These maps were produced in the 1960s and 1970s and there are no digital vector data available for this map series. The index below indicates which maps are available.
