Overview

Geological maps are published at 1:500 000, 1:250 000, 1:100 000 and 1:25 000 scales. Many of these maps are accompanied by comprehensive explanatory notes which can be viewed in the DIGS® online report system or can be purchased as hard copy books, where available.

This page provides both map-based and text-based (alphabetical) links to 1:25 000 geological series maps for the Broken Hill and Koonenberry areas. Where available, digital scans (JPEG format), rectified images (ECW format) and GIS vector data (ESRI Shapefile and MapInfo Table format) are provided as free downloads on the individual pages.
